Jula Minthri

Jula Minthri is a Dark Elf Sorcerer and an envoy of Great House Telvanni to Duchess Perulia Jandacia's court in Firewatch. She can be found in the Great Hall of the city castle, Ember Keep. She is attended by her bodyguard, Adyn Tamis.

Jula plays the role of recipient during the quest Double Meaning, when the court mage Selura enlists you to deliver a special staff to the mer. The staff is in fact a warning - assassination attempts have been made against Selura at Telvanni behest, and the staff belonged to one such (now dead) assassin. This is a fact that Jula seems well aware of by her reaction to receiving the item.

If you're a member of the Great House Telvanni, Jula also gives you the Soul Swipe quest where she sends you to the local Mages Guild chapter to steal a soul gem containing the soul of a rare summoned Herne daedra.
