Turosi Salvel

Turosi Salvel is a Dark Elf enchanter and Oathman of House Telvanni who runs a shop in Port Telvannis, just to the west of the Tel Thenim tower. His home is the second housepod on the raised pathway, entering from the stairs directly in front of the southern exit to the docks. Salvel has a long-standing rivalry with another local enchanter, Cerul Arnem, although he has recently given the latter a gift in an effort to stop the feud. Also, if you have agreed with Reram Vares in Akamora to keep quiet about giving a cursed amulet to Ainab Guls, Turosi is one of the three Port Telvannis merchants who are willing to give you a discount.

He wears an expensive robe and pair of shoes. He carries a bottle, and some of the scrolls and soul gems he stocks in his shop.
