BY ORDER OF LEGATE PRECILIUS VARRO, the person bearing this document is hereby granted access to the prison wing of Fort Pale Pass. This access is granted to enable them to complete a task I have entrusted them with. Allow them to pass unhindered.

Note, of course, that standard procedure is still in effect. Should they do something criminal or act against the Empire, don't hesitate to slap them in irons and march them out to me.
