You start with 1 health, a Mournhold Pilgrim in play, and Orvas' Bargain, Ghostgate Defender, and Grand Inquisitor in your hand.

Caius starts with 5 health and Colovian Trooper and Protector of the Innocent in play.

Solution

1. Play Orvas' Bargain. Debuff Colovian Trooper and buff Mournhold Pilgrim.
2. Play Ghostgate Defender and Exalt it. Deal 2 damage to Protector of the Innocent.
3. Play Grand Inquistor and destroy Colovian Trooper.
4. Attack face with the Mournhold Pilgrim.
