PCRaiseRank

                PCRaiseRank, [FactionID]

       Where:   FactionID = Optional faction for the player to join.

        Type:   Faction

     Returns:   none

     Example:   PCRaiseRank, "Mages Guild"
                PCRaiseRank, Nerevarine 
                PCRaiseRank                     (uses the caller's faction)

     Scripts:   sjoringScript

Raises the player's rank in the given faction. If the player is not a member of the faction, the player is joined and their rank set to 1.
