Rinfal Vrethu is a dead Imperial adventurer who can be found in Shattered Scales Cave, Long Run. He wears an obsidian cuirass, helmet, and greaves, drakefired boots, Dead Aim Gauntlets, and a Knotblood iron shield. He carries nothing but an ebony cutlass.
