If you speak to him while the city is in danger of being obliterated by the falling Baar Dau during Divine Disaster, he'll say:

"What's wrong with you? Don't you realize the sky is falling? Get to safety until Lord Vivec gets everything under control."

"Quickly, find cover! Lord Vivec will set things right, but until then it's best not to stand around in the open."

Speaking to him prior to Divine Blessings, he says:

"Another fine day in the service of Lord Vivec! I think I might even compose a song today!"

"Only the most faithful can join the personal guard of Lord Vivec. I'm honored to serve among their number as a Buoyant Armiger."

After the quest is complete, he says:

"Now that the city is safe, I feel like singing the praises of Lord Vivec from the tallest canton!
Actually, I really do feel like that. If you'll excuse me, I have to go and figure out which canton is the highest."
