Avrusa Duleri is the Dunmer leader of the Camonna Tong found inside Khartag Point. She and her cronies can be found in the center of the map on a ledge only accessible from the north, guarding the way to Khartag. She cannot be spoken to.

She uses a mix of bounty hunter and sea mage class abilities during combat.
