Bad Swimmer is a Khajiit merchant who can be found at his shop, Swimmer's Stuff, at the docks of Haven after the city is free.

His shop will open after Haven is saved.
- "Ah, the five-claws who conquers those who conquer Haven. If Bad Swimmer can be of any assistance to you, he will do so, happily."
- "Want to hear a funny story, walker? This one, he takes his goods below the pier and waits there with them. And then someone drives the unclean ones from his home while he does this.
