I found a letter from someone named Iocundus in Cheydinhal.
Quick Walkthrough[edit]
- Find and read the Letter to Belya at the lake north of the Arvina Estate.
- Travel to Cheydinhal and inform Iocundus of Belya's passing.
Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
At the water's edge of a lake north of the Arvina Estate, a note can be found lying next to a dead body. While reading the note, you learn the identity of the person laying in the water nearby and get the hint that you should speak with someone in Cheydinhal.
Travel to the town. Cheydinhal is located a reasonable distance northeast of the lake. Once there, locate Iocundus Arius on the rebels' side of town (west, with most of the houses). If you're on the side with the chapel, you need to cross the river. In return for your discretion, he gives you a reward and asks you to leave.

Notes
* Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g.,
<Alias=LocationHold>
) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
