It returned from April 4 to April 11, 2019, and was offered at a discounted 016001,600  to ESO Plus Members (and has always been offered at a discount to ESO Plus Members since). It returned to the Crown Store again from April 6 to April 14, 2020, and later once more from April 5 to April 13, 2021. It is also available as a Legendary-level reward in Dwarven Crown Crates.
