Defeat thirty Frost Hounds that have been unaffected by the Destructive Ember and thirty Flame Hounds that have been unaffected by the Piercing Hailstone in Dreadsail Reef.

Deliberate Disobedience is awarded for defeating 30 of each Flame Hounds and Frost Hounds, that were not affected by the opposite element's debuff in battle against Lylanar and Turlassil in Dreadsail Reef. All kills made by the party are credited to the whole party.
