Golor the Banekin Handler is a Wood Elf and a follower of Mehrunes Dagon found in City of Ash I. He is clad in Daedric Style Medium Armor, apart from his hat, which is in Lich Style. He is surrounded by three Banekin, which will join the fight. He has a chance to drop the unique item, Scamplord's Signet.
