Investigator Garron

Investigator Garron is a Breton necromancer and a former officer of the Lion Guard who turned on his partners while they were looking for bandits located inside the Wayrest Sewers I. He has a chance to drop the unique item Garron's Cold Betrayal.

In Wayrest Sewers II, he comes back as a Lich named Garron the Returned.

Skills and Abilities

As a boss type enemy, Investigator Garron is immune to all crowd control effects.

Death's Embrace

A basic ranged attack that does moderate magical damage.

Dark Lance

A ranged attack that does moderate magical damage and knocks the target back if not blocked.

Summon Necrotic Orb

The boss summons a necrotic orb that follows the party around dealing moderate magical damage over time as indicated by a red circle.

Teleport

The boss teleports around to avoid your attacks.

Summon Restless Souls

The boss summons Restless Souls from the altars around the arena to attack the party. They should be killed quickly to simplify the fight.

Dialogue

Entering combat:

Investigator Garron: "Have you come to meddle, as well? I could always use more corpses!"

If your group wipes:

Investigator Garron: "Your bones will make an excellent throne."

When he summons Restless Souls:

Investigator Garron: "Tormented souls of the dead arise and kill these interlopers!"

	Wayrest Sewers I Assassin	50	Defeat Slimecraw, Investigator Garron, the Rat Whisperer, Uulgarg the Hungry, Varaine Pellingare, and Allene Pellingare in Veteran Wayrest Sewers I, all within fifteen minutes of starting the dungeon. Timer starts when any player enters the first tunnel to the right of the entrance chamber.
