"I've got no love for the Covenant, but it is good to see a few more Orc faces in town."

After speaking to Krodak, you'll be able to tell Klovag his request:

Your brother wants you, way up north.

"That idiot! I'm done with him and his stupid plans. I told him that when I left; he never listens to me. I love it here and I'm not leaving. Sorry my brother wasted your time. Here's some coin for your trouble."

Speaking to him after the quest:

Why do you like it here so much?

"For the first time ever, I feel needed. I feel like I'm part of Vlastarus, connected to the town and everyone in it. We all have jobs to do, work that keeps the town running. I've never had that feeling before. Sure beats stealing stuff for a living."

If I see Krodak, what should I tell him?

"Tell him I'm not coming. I'm never leaving Vlastarus again. I'm happy here and he just has to accept that. He can find another sucker to raid and steal with him. I'm done with that life."
