Mihra is a Redguard member of the Sentinel City Guard. She stands guard outside the Royal Seraglio entrance.
During Rise of the Dead, she'll chase after the Prince's kidnappers to the trap door to the Sentinel Beach.

Near the door to the beach below, you'll find her injured:
- "I tried … but they got me with their evil magic!
They took the prince … down there. I think it leads out of the city! Please, go stop them!"
After completing the quest, she'll say:
- "You found him. I knew you would. The Withered Hand will not harm this family again. We'll see to that.

Notes[edit]
- Prior to starting Rise of the Dead, Mihra will not exist in the game, and Guliyeh will be the guard at the seraglio.
