If you enter the Guild before having spoken to Sinien, he'll say:

"Did Urcelmo send you? It's about time they found someone."

After you've talked to Sinien, he'll say:

"I'm eager to see this plan in action."

After you destroyed the wards and before fighting Estre:

"Thanks to you, we were able to destroy the wards. I wish you the same luck against High Kinlady Estre."

After the siege, he will resume business in the Mages Guild.

"High Kinlady Estre is defeated. Thrice-blessed are we.
We of the Guild may return to more scholarly matters."
