Deliver the Warchief's petition

My actions have convinced Chief Tazgol to join the Daggerfall Covenant.

Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak with Chief Tazgol.
2. Travel to Glenumbra on The Spearhead.
3. Report to Sir Lanis Shaldon in Daggerfall.

Detailed Walkthrough

After you complete Carzog's Demise, Chief Tazgol will tell you to take his petition to join the Covenant to Sir Lanis in Daggerfall. Go back to the docks where you disembarked, east of the Stonetooth Wayshrine and talk to Kaleen who is on the deck. She will take you to Daggerfall, although if you chose to destroy the Ayleid relic during the previous quest, she will not be happy about it, and claim that she is only ferrying you to Daggerfall for the benefit of Tazgol and the Covenant, not for you. Regardless, talk to her when you're ready to set sail. When you arrive, run down the docks turn left and then go up the ramps until you reach the top. Go up each set of stairs until you're at the very top then go north and talk to Sir Lanis. Give him the petition to get your reward.
