The Elder Scrolls Online v4.2.4 mainly focuses on bug fixes in preparation for launch next week, including a number of issues affecting the Mac game client. The size of this final patch is 193MB.

- Fixed an issue where the Catapult Cabbage and Static Pitcher would animate twice when incapacitated.

- Draakeh will no longer grant you double credit for the Blackrose Prison Conqueror and Vanquisher achievements.

Quests
- Antique Armor: You will now share progress with others when collecting armor pieces.
- By River and Root: You will no longer be able to replay the final boss battle if you've completed the quest.
- Grave Mementos: Your progress will no longer become blocked if you leave the area while group members continue collecting bones.
- Interesting Locations: You will now discover Interesting Locations, rather than completing them.
- Old Scrolls: You will now share progress with others when collecting scrolls and the ring associated with this quest.
- Sacred Candles: You will now share progress with others when placing candles.
- Sunken Treasure: If your character dies and resurrects while exploring the hut, Famia will return to help you.

- Fixed an art asset that would allow you to escape the Spiral Skein.

- The Cloudrest Trial's Leaderboard reward now grants two gold-quality armor pieces, as well as a blue-quality Transmutation Geode.
- This is an increase from only granting a single gold-quality armor piece.
- Fixed a rare issue that could result in certain furnishing plans to require a minimum level to learn.

- Fixed an issue where abilities that "pull" enemies to you, such as Fiery Grip or Swarm Mother, were not displaying the crowd control immunity effects correctly.
- Fixed an issue where pets were immune to crowd control at all times. Pets are now only immune to most crowd control effects in Dungeons, Trials, and Group Arenas.

- Wall of Elements: Fixed an issue where you could have multiple walls of differing elements active at the same time.

- Fixed an issue where attempting to delete the same character multiple times in a row could result in items placed in home storage to be lost.
- Quests that grant Event Tickets during holiday events will now refresh their ability to grant Event Tickets at the same time that Daily Quests become available again.
Housing[edit]
General
- Improved the reliability of interactable objects (such as Crafting Stations) when they are placed validly on other furnishings in player homes.
Furnishings
- Music Boxes will no longer restart their songs when you move away from them and come back into hearing range.
- Fixed an issue where parent furnishings could be placed out of sync with its linked children.
- Fixed an issue where furniture stored inside Housing Storage could not be placed.
Homes
- Improved the visual exterior and interior look of the Enchanted Snow Globe home, along with improving its collision.
- You will now be able to manually retrieve furnishings in the Enchanted Snow Globe home in situations where you couldn't do so previously.
- Corrected a missing word in the name of the Lakemire Xanmeer Manor when viewed on the Murkmire map.
- Water in the Lakemire Xanmeer Manor will now go splash when you jump up and down in it. Galoshes are recommended, but not required, to enjoy this feature.
Miscellaneous[edit]
Mac Game Client
- Fixed an issue where characters were occasionally invisible.
- Fixed an issue that was preventing you from using single target abilities.
- Fixed a commonly occurring game crash.
- Fixed an issue that would cause items you place in your house to drop to the bottom of the world.
Quests & Zones[edit]
Murkmire Prologue
- Blackguards encountered during the Murkmire prologue quest can now be murdered using the Blade of Woe.
