The Rimmen Outlaws Refuge is an outlaws refuge hidden beneath Rimmen. The space is under the control of the Jovial Lambasters, a exclusive group dedicated to the worship of Clavicus Vile in the city. The cult allows the refuge to function in return for dues paid by all who work there.
