Soul Shriven are generic NPCs found in the Wailing Prison. They have no unique dialogue. Two of them are helping Er-Jaseen hold back the swarm of Dremora jailers behind the door in the first room. During the tutorial in ESO's beta, they could be seen fleeing the Wailing Prison.
