Taskmaster Zagrakh

Taskmaster Zagrakh is an Orc eviscerator of the clan of Iron Orcs native to Craglorn. He is found deep inside the caves of Skyreach Hold where he oversees the trolls as they harvest nirncrux for Exarch Arnoth and the Scaled Court.

After Zagrakh and his enslaved trolls are defeated, a more powerful troll, Rakmath the Breaker, will appear.

Killing him is optional for the related quest.

Dark Talons

Taskmaster Zagrakh roots all targets within range with claws that deal moderate flame damage. Roll dodge to get out of it.

Dragonknight Standard

Taskmaster Zagrakh calls down a fiery banner that plants down into the ground, with a large circular AoE, and causes persistent minor flame damage and applies Major Defile.

Blink Strike

Taskmaster Zagrakh teleports towards their target and land hard on top of them, causing moderate physical damage and knocking them down. It can be blocked to stagger Taskmaster Zagrakh and negate the knockdown.

Dialogue

He can be overheard commanding the trolls:

Taskmaster Zagrakh: "Dig, you mongrels, dig! Faster, faster! Exarch Arnoth requires more of the red brittle, and he'll have it even if I have to take it out of your hides!"

When you engage him in combat:

Taskmaster Zagrakh: "Finally! A real challenge to get my blood flowing!"

30% health:

Taskmaster Zagrakh: "You're tougher than you look. Rakmath! Where are you?"

When he becomes very low on health:

Taskmaster Zagrakh: "Crush these worms, Rakmath! Tear the flesh from their bones!"
