Defeat Valaran Stormcaller, Stormfist, and Admiral Neidir.
Complete Veteran Tempest Island by defeating Sonolia the Matriarch, Valaran Stormcaller, Yalorasse the Speaker, Stormfist, Commodore Ohmanil, and Stormreeve Neidir.

Tempest Island Vanquisher and Tempest Island Conqueror are awarded for clearing Tempest Island. Only Valaran Stormcaller, Stormfist, and Admiral Neidir are required for the non-veteran achievement, but for the veteran achievement you must defeat all six bosses in addition to running it in veteran mode. You will receive the Skill Point either way. If you complete Tempest Island Conqueror, you will automatically receive Tempest Island Vanquisher at the same time if you have not already done so. Either achievement will earn you a Trophy: Stormfist (page) for your home, and the Conqueror achievement will also earn you a Bust: Stormfist (page).
