Stormfist

The Stormfist is a storm atronach found at Tempest Island, of which it is a boss. Its unique loot is the Tempestshield or Raining Hammer He is brought in by short-lived Maormer Summoners near the island's peak, and will summon smaller Storm Atronachs in waves of three.

Skills and Abilities

As a boss type enemy, Stormfist is immune to all crowd control effects.

Left Cross

A basic melee attack that deals minor physical damage.

Skyward Slam

The boss stomps, dealing moderate physical damage and knocking all players hit up into the air as indicated by a red circle.

Enervating Stone

The boss slams its fist into the ground, dealing moderate shock damage and stunning any players hit as indicated by a red circle.

Unstable Explosion

At 20% health, the boss releases lightning constantly dealing unavoidable moderate shock damage over time to all players until it is killed.

Summon Storm Atronachs

The boss will occasionally summon three Storm Atronachs to attack the party. These should be killed quickly to simplify the fight.

There are several achievements associated with this bad boy:

	Tempest Island Conqueror	15	Complete Veteran Tempest Island by defeating Sonolia the Matriarch, Valaran Stormcaller, Yalorasse the Speaker, Stormfist, Commodore Ohmanil, and Stormreeve Neidir.
	Tempest Island Survivor	50	Defeat Sonolia the Matriarch, Valaran Stormcaller, Yalorasse the Speaker, Stormfist, Commodore Ohmanil, and Stormreeve Neidir in Veteran Tempest Island, without suffering a group member death.
	Tempest Island Assassin	50	Defeat Sonolia the Matriarch, Valaran Stormcaller, Yalorasse the Speaker, Stormfist, Commodore Ohmanil, and Stormreeve Neidir in Veteran Tempest Island within twenty minutes of starting the dungeon. Timer starts when players engage the first group of Lamia.

Notes

• He does not have a resting ball of lightning in his abdominal area connecting his top half to his bottom half like most storm atronachs, with it being empty instead.

Bugs

• If companions are hit by Skyward Slam, there is a chance they will land on the ground then float right up into the air at head level with Stormfist while they continue attacking. They will be brought back down after being hit again by the same attack. ^?
