Tower of Judgement

Tower of Judgement is a compound found in Kvatch. The Society of the Dragon's Grand Chanter operates out of this building. There is a bell at the top of the tower. Several Order Crusaders patrol the premises. A copy of The Primate: Before the Light is sitting on a bench in the courtyard. Every so often, the four Order Crusaders standing guard will march out to the middle of the hourglass pool and salute each other before marching back.
