Wind Keep

Wind Keep is a small town in eastern Stormhaven, northeast of Wayrest. Nowadays, House Manteau holds the County of Wind Keep. The unmarried Ilise is the current Countess, ruling its demesne from its Manor. The now abandoned Aphren's Hold used to be called Wind Keep until the fortress was conquered by King Aphren and left in ruins.

Covenant Guards patrol the streets. Adnot Dantien the traveling merchant wanders the road south of the keep.
