weapon tiers

I want to add pictures for the weapons (Ancient Elf Style) but i have a little problem here. There seems to be tier 1 from level 1 to level 34 and tier 2 from level 36 on for all weapons metal and wood, except the staff with an extra tier from 26 to 34. How should we document that?

as tier 1 with level 1 of all weapons, tier 1.5 with staff level 26, tier 2 with level 36 of all weapons

as tier 1 with level 1 of all weapons, tier 2 with level 26 of all weapons, tier 3 with level 36 of all weapons

second way would be very clear, but also a waste. Level 1 and 26 of all weapons would look the same, except for the staff. The gallery would look like the one for Primal Style.

first way would be unclear, people would ask how does the middle tier for the other weapons look like.

i would prefer the first way with a little explanation, perhaps in the first paragraph. (btw. i'm pretty sure it requires Rank 8 not 7 in Blacksmithing, Woodworking or Clothing)

To add the icons would help too, we only have the tier 1 icons so far.

Also how do we call the middle tier, just 1.5 since it's only the staff or 2?
