Missing people

Just completed the city quest chain and I'm noticing several of the key NPCs are missing in the city when on their page they are shown they are still supposed to be there with parting dialogue. For example the entire at-Nimr family. Not sure if it's my just my game that's bugged or a new thing that occurred over patches. --Drakonian (talk) 00:58, 14 January 2024 (UTC)
