Missing Dialogue

I was running through the quest to check for something else and discovered some undocumented dialogue. I didn't actually click on it before I mashed through dialogue and completed the quest, but it is not mentioned anywhere in the article on Lilatha. The dialogue goes as normal, but an extra option appears that I haven't noticed before. I will make the missing dialogue option blue for readability

"The images revealed by the Obscuros leave little room for doubt - the Daedric artifact we seek is somewhere inside the Clockwork City. Why would Sotha Sil allow such an item to enter his domain?
I fear that something terrible has happened."

Can you tell me more about this Clockwork City?

What else can you tell me about Divayth Fyr?

Character has completed Halls of Fabrication, and has picked up To The Clockwork City (quest) before completing Of Knives and Long Shadows, and is at the early quest stage where you must talk to Divayth Fyr. i don't have any other characters who have completed HoF, so if anyone is willing to look into this that would be great :)
