This seems to be the same object as Online:Sapling, Tall Scrub.

At least I can see no optical differences.

That means buying the sapling saves you gold or crowns.

Hello! I have added an image to the Sapling, Tall Scrub, showing both of these side by side. There is only a slight difference in that the Sapling is a bit thicker and the Tree is a bit leaner... It is hardly discernable.
