The Butcher is the bandit leader of Cragslane Cavern.
He wears a full set of heavy armor, excluding the helmet, which can be up to steel plate (Nordic if the Dragonborn add-on is installed) in quality. He also carries a shield, which can be up to ebony in quality, but doesn't use it unless you disarm him. The Butcher wields a two handed weapon which can be up to ebony quality, and carries a leveled amount of gold.
