Aspect of Hircine is seen after the Quest

In the mod "Helgen Reborn" I have to evaluate one of the new guards by cleaning the Pinewatch mine of bandits. It's a mod location just on the opposite side of the road from Pinewatch, so it's a little east of where the White Stag is found initially. I arrived there only to find a certain ghost deer fighting and killing the bandits outside the mine. My evaluee and I helped mopping up the bandits but didn't try to shoot the deer, so I don't know if it can be hurt or not. I did the "Ill met by Moonlight" quest ingame months earlier. Sinding was well and truly dead, I had the Savior's Hide on my trophy wall at home. Is it normal that Hircine hangs around attacking bad guys? I just saw the same thing happening, same circumstances so probably something to do with the helgen reborn mod.
