Aribehar Velid is a follower of the secret cult of Gilan Larethi and, like his comrades, he is a powerful spellcaster. He will attack you right away once you entered the secret hideout. If you manage to defeat him, he has some very good equipment: two Glass Bracers and a Daedric Dagger. How he managed to get such a high rank in House Telvanni is unknown, but his prowess with magic is proof that he deserves the rank.
