Beru Vesuri, a thief who dared steal from the Duke of Deshaan

Beru Vesuri is a Dunmer pauper and captured thief, who has languished in the Legion dungeons ever since she was caught attempting to filch from the Duke of Deshaan's chambers. The Duke has since fallen in love with her, a fact Beru despairs at, and plies her with gifts to win her affection. She will ask you to assist her in escaping, as part of The Exiled Duke's Affair, and will reward you with Beru's Amulet, a piece of jewelry that fortifies personality by 20 pts - perhaps explaining her predicament in the first place.

She seems to have a friend in Old Ebonheart - Raleth, who will reward you in the event of her successful escape.
