Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to any hetman of your choice and learn about recent bounties.
2. Find and kill Where-Stars-Are-Drowning in Soudi, east of Velonith.
3. Return to quest giver for your reward.

Detailed Walkthrough

Talk to any hetman in the area around Roa Dyr after claiming the bounties on Llanehra Androthi and Ja'Jabba, and they will offer a bounty for the death of Where-Stars-Are-Drowning, an escaped Argonian slave who slew his overseer. He was last seen fishing a river east of Velonith. Asking about the slave in Velonith will point you to a grotto called Soudi, on the river east of Velonith. Once he is dead, return to the hetman who gave you this quest, and collect your reward.

You may also agree with Where-Stars-Are-Drowning to lie about his death. This allows collection of the reward from the hetman without killing the Argonian.

Notes

• As soon as you kill Where-Stars-Are-Drowning, you'll have a message in your journal: "Where-Stars-Are-Drowning is dead. The bounty for his head can be collected from any village hetman in the Roa Dyr chapelry." As follows, you can collect your reward from any hetman at this point, not just the quest giver, and this is a separate journal entry with its own journal ID, TR_m3_B_Where-Stars-Are-Drowning_D. Collecting the bounty will close both entries and close the quest.

200	Finishes quest	The hetman wasn't happy to hear that Where-Stars-Are-Drowning is still alive.
