1. Talk to Eraven Arns in Hlan Oek about lost cargo.
2. Retrieve the contents of the crate on the riverbed north of Hlan Oek's silt strider.
3. Place the contents in Eraven's Crate in the basement of the Shipbuilders and Sailors Hall.
4. Return to Eraven for your reward.
