Hadrumnibibi, on the east banks of the Thirr river

Hadrumnibibi is a shrine to the Daedra Prince Malacath, on the east banks of the Thirr River.

The ruins here are prominent, and hard to miss, being immediately north of Almas Thirr by river. To reach them by land, travel south from Dondril until you pass a lake on your right. Travel southwest from the lake, crossing a wooden bridge over a stream before reaching the ruins.

Hadrumnibibi's main entrance is blocked by rocks, but there is an opening nearby underwater the river, on the west. This leads to the Grotto, which connects to two areas: a backdoor to the entrance, and the Shrine.

There are two quests related to these ruins. One (At Play in the Meadows of Malacath), concerns suspected Orc cultists, and can be begun in Dondril. The orcs themselves are near the statue of Malacath at the southwestern end of the shrine.

Another quest, The Forsaken Betrayer, can be begun by speaking to Silhaenil, who is standing inside the Shrine. You must be level 5 or above to begin this quest, and is one of the only ways to access the Daedric pocket realm of Khalaan.
