Kashshaptu

Kashshaptu is a Dark Elf Monk and a powerful vampire of the Baluath Clan. Together with the vampires Etemmu and Utukku-Seri, she has slaughtered the occupants of Malawius Camp and made a den in the ashen pit beneath the lone remaining yurt. Kashshaptu has somewhat grander ambitions then this however, and presuming that you prove yourself to her by slaying the last survivor of the Malawius Tribe, she will grant you the cursed gift of vampirism and set you about restoring the power and glory of the Baluath.

Following the clearing of the ruin Ald Balaal for clan leader Ofelia, Kashshaptu will move into the shrine area by the statue dedicated towards Molag Bal. She claims to hear the Daedric Prince's words, and can thus provide guidance on the Prince's desires during the quest Amulets and Pacts.

Once in Ald Balaal, Kashshaptu can be asked about levitation in order to have that spell cast upon you. This permits access to the shrine's upper level.
