Navil Drolnor's Large Kwama Eggs are unique kwama eggs that have been hollowed out to fit Ornate Dwemer Goblets inside of them, hence the unusual weight. He is trying to smuggle them into Old Ebonheart on his boat on behalf of someone at the East Empire Company.

Upon activating or equipping them, this message will appear: "The egg falls apart, revealing a Dwemer goblet that was crammed inside." An Ornate Dwemer Goblet will be added to your inventory, and the egg will then be disabled.
