Quick Walkthrough[edit]
- Talk to Conjur at Helnim's Zarfirbel Bay Company about much of a reader.
- Read Conjur's review.
- Let Conjur know what you think of his review.
- Deliver the review to Brisk-Wind at The Ebonheart Bellman office in Old Ebonheart.
Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
The Zafirbel Bay Company has its building nestled in the southern corner of Helnim, near the waterside. Inside, the Wood Elf, Conjur, is looking for somebody to deliver his book review to Old Ebonheart. Ask him first about much of a reader, and then book review. He will ask you to take a look.
Agree, and read Conjur's Book Review. Once done, ask him again about the book review. Conjur will ask for feedback, although is not too bothered by your opinion either way. At this point, he will request that you deliver the review to Brisk-Wind at The Ebonheart Bellman office in Old Ebonheart. If you agree to this, Conjur will also supply you with a copy of The Hope of the Redoran, a Blunt skill book.
The quickest way to Old Ebonheart is via ship from Helnim to Darvonis, and then Old Ebonheart itself - although the cost of a return journey will easily wipe out the gold portion of your reward. If you are Conjurer rank or higher in the Mages Guild, you can use the guild guide in Helnim to teleport to Firewatch, and then to Old Ebonheart for a much cheaper trip. From there, make your way to the city's eastern slums, south of the docks, and seek out The Ebonheart Bellman building. The entrance to the newspaper's office is opposite Kassad's shop, and Brisk-Wind can be found on the second floor, behind the desks near to the door to the third floor.
Hand the review to Brisk-Wind for your payment, and to complete the quest. Brisk-Wind will note with trepidation that she had never expected Conjur to write the reviews himself, and will consider it not quite what she is looking for. If you (optionally) return to Conjur however, he does not seem too bothered.
Notes[edit]
- Conjur's initial dialogue changes slightly depending on if your intelligence is 50+, in which case he will treat you with a little less arrogance.
- If you speak to Conjur again after quest completion, he will supply you with another copy of his review.
- Delivering the book review to Brisk-Wind will add a new Ebonheart Bellman article, 'ARTS AND CULTURE EDITION', that can be found in Old Ebonheart and other places in mainland Morrowind. There are no guaranteed placements of this article.
