1. Talk to Fervas Shulisa about chores.
2. Deliver a scroll to Bal Gernak in Llothanis.
3. Return to Fervas for your reward.

Detailed Walkthrough

Fervas Shulisa has a new chore for you to perform. He gives you a scroll and asks you to take it to Bal Gernak in Llothanis. Oddly, the scroll is blank.

One of the river striders in Port Telvannis will take you directly to Llothanis, and Bal Gernak's manor can be found on the northeastern side of town.

When you hand him the scroll, a Dremora appears and delivers a message to Bal Gernak telling him not to meddle in the affairs of the Parliament of Bugs. Suitably chastised, Bal Gernak asks you to leave.

Back in Port Telvannis, Fervas Shulisa thanks you for your help and rewards you with 50 gold and a three point boost to your House Telvanni reputation.
