Mols Hlarsis, a plantation owner seeking retribution in Old Ebonheart

Mols Hlarsis is a Dark Elf Hunter, and an owner of a plantation somewhere on the Hlaalu side of the Thirr River. His left eye was struck out during a struggle with an escaping Argonian slave named Alju-Deekus, and he has come to Old Ebonheart to seek justice for the injury.

He can be found in the Central Offices of the Ebon Tower's Curia, outside the Ministry of Justice, and having no luck with the Minister of Justice, Belisatha Mede, will ask you to get involved in a spot of extrajudicial revenge:

"It seems the court agrees with the slave, and due to a 'loophole' he is now a free citizen. What nonsense! Has this wretched court forgotten about the Armistice!? This is when I realized the Empire's justice wouldn't give me back what was rightfully mine. This is where you come in."
