Suldunanit

Suldunanit is a cavern of cannibals and the home of Bone-Eater's Gang.

"They are a gang of cannibals and troll-worshipers. They call their leader Bone-Eater... I've never met him, and with a name like that I'm glad I haven't. Their camp is southeast of the Daedric ruins of Ossurnashalit, in a cave called Suldunanit." - Aurilyn Glennec on Bone-Eater's Gang

To reach this location, leave Menaan and head west across the wooden bridge. Continue to follow the paths leading west at each fork you encounter, and you will pass by the cavern - it's a little to the east of the Daedric Shrine of Ossurnashalit.

Two members of Bone-Eater's Gang that stand outside of the cave, and one of them - Nakhragob - will greet you as you approach. They will let you pass for 5,000 gold, but will otherwise attempt to kill you.

Further members of the gang, and plentiful remains, litter the interior of the cavern. Delu the Mad is the first you encounter, and will shout a promise as she attacks:

"After I've killed you, I'll offer your corpse to the Bone-Eater! He will suck the marrow out of your bones!"

Expect more bandits and a cave troll as you progress through the cave. Bone-Eater himself can be found in the area with the canopies, but is not all that you might expect...
