Ohishiran

Ohishiran is a medium-sized Velothi tower inhabited by rogue Telvanni.

If you are a member of the Great House Telvanni, they won't attack you and you can then even barter with a bookseller. If you aren't a member however, you should be cautious, as they will attack you. The band of wizards is commanded by a female young Altmer, Olcarya. They don't have a lot of health, but some are pretty good spellcasters. Zahat Ahalkalun is carrying the slave key to free Im-Komsa in the basement.

There are three antechambers before you reach the main tower; one with a giant planter in which you enter, one with a slave jail (unfortunately without a slave key) and one storage room. The bookseller is located at the first floor of the main tower and the top floor is where the Telvanni live. There isn't a lot of loot in the tower, but there is a large number of books.
