Detailed Walkthrough

Andothren's Port Authority building is at the far end of the piers, opposite the ships. Inside, Nalvyna Balen has a problem - goods going missing in the warehouse. While her workers claim thieves are responsible, she suspects incompetence, and asks that you check the warehouse thoroughly for hints of where the items could be.

The warehouse itself is southeast of the Port Authority building, nestled in the shadow of the nearby Dwemer ruin. You need to find a bottle of vintage goya, a fine glass plate, and a copy of the rare King Edward, part V. Despite questioning, none of the workers in the warehouse will admit to knowing anything.

In truth, the items truly have just been lost. You can find the vintage goya on the very top of one of the two crate stacks in the middle of the room. The other crate stack has a potion of telekinesis on top of it, which can be used if you are struggling to reach the goya. The fine glass plate is in an open crate by the stairs, among other glassware. The copy of King Edward is among a pile of books on the west side of the room, hidden behind a wall of crates - you will need to jump through the gap halfway up to reach it.

Once all three items are retrieved, return to Nalvyna Balen for a reward of gemstones, and potentially a letter of recommendation if you are seeking to join Great House Hlaalu. You do also have the option of refusing to return the items, which only carries an opinion malus with Nalvyna.
