1. Talk to any Temple Master, e.g. Nalvs Andolin in the Andothren temple.
2. Bring Frost Salts or an Ice Crystal to the Shrine of Almalexia's Fury in the center of Andothren.

Detailed Walkthrough

This represents one of the many pilgrimages that counts towards the three you must make prior to being initiated into the Tribunal Temple. It can be given by any Temple Master, although Nalvs Andolin in Andothren is closest. The shrine itself is in Andothren, under the waterfalls immediately opposite the Temple. You will need an offering of Frost Salts or a (much rarer) Ice Crystal in your inventory to properly complete the quest however - Frost Salts can be bought at the city's alchemists or stolen from the Mages Guild basement. Once you have either ingredient in your inventory, activate the wall with the mural to reveal the following text:

"The Gift of Almalexia's Divine Fury: Thank you, O Face-Snaked Queen, for teaching me how to strike down my enemies as you once struck down Ada'Soom Dir-Kamal."

This completes the quest.

The blessing is Fortify Attack 10pts, Fire Shield 10pts, Lightning Shield 10pts, and Resist Normal Weapons 10%.

Notes

• Accessing the shrine without Frost Salts or an Ice Crystal will reveal a different message: "Here Almalexia struck down upon the demon hordes of Ada'Soom Dir-Kamal with divine fury and all the splendor of the stars. When her rage finally subsided, Kamal was no more."
