Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Kiseen in Bosmora's outdoor marketplace.
2. Travel to Sassur-Dari Mine, west of Bosmora.
3. Kill the smugglers or convince them to leave Kiseen be.
4. Return to Kiseen.

10		Kiseen, a Khajiit trader in Bosmora, is being blackmailed by some thugs and asked me to help. He said the blackmailers were staying in Sassur-Dari Mine.
20		The smugglers in the iron mine are dead.
30		The smuggler guarding the entrance of Sassur-Dari Mine agreed not to bother Kiseen anymore. Hopefully the others will follow suit.
40		I talked the smugglers blackmailing Kiseen into staying out of Bosmora.
45		I killed the smuggler I had convinced before he could speak with the others in the mine. Justified as it probably was, this did not help getting the message across, and I will likely have to solve the rest of the problem likewise now.
50	Finishes quest	Kiseen thanked me for getting rid of the blackmailers.
60	Finishes quest	Kiseen, a Khajiit trader in Bosmora, was being blackmailed by the smugglers in Sassur-Dari. He thanked me for having cleared the iron mine.
70	Finishes quest	Kiseen is dead.
