Uttrashi is a Khajiit bookseller in Old Ebonheart. She and her brother Ra'Zihad inherited her store, Tail Tales, from her father. Uttrashi appears to be a book enthusiast herself, and will comment on On the Evils of Heresy in the event that you try to buy it here during the course of Perils of Literacy.
