1. Speak to Ano Forondas in the Monastery of St. Felms.
2. Travel to Ald Uman, near Uman, and slay Krog gro-Borbul.
3. Return to Ano Forondas.

Detailed Walkthrough

Ask Ano Forondas about further duties after slaying the frost troll in War-Pilgrimage to the Foothills, and he will send you against a shrine of Malacath:

"As mighty St. Felms slaughtered the orcish hordes, so do I send you against the worshippers of Orc-King Malacath. Travel to Ald Uman and destroy this bastion of the House of Troubles. Ald Uman is a daedric ruin to the southwest, near the Redoran outpost of Uman. Slay their leader and the rest will surely flee."

Ald Uman is not an easy place to get to. You can make a cross-country journey, or else follow the long winding road from Bodrum's high bridge, past Berendas Ancestral Tomb, and south down a cobbled path with many switchbacks, that ultimately leads you under the broken bridge of Mvelthngth-Schel. Follow the cobbled path, over a rockfall, and into the Armun Ashlands, where you will quickly find signposts to Uman, a small Redoran outpost in the Velothi Mountains. Ald Uman lies just below this settlement.

You only need to kill Krog gro-Borbul, who can be found within Ald Uman's Sepulcher, but expect plenty of hostiles on your way to him. Once he is dead, return to Ano Forondas to complete your war-pilgrimage, although he will note that he has one final task for you.
