Xivilai Lotan

Xivilai Lotan is a member of Xivilai's clan, and the powerful occupant of Naemunbatashpi. It stands within what is apparently a ritual circle, while a dead War Ordinator lies at its feet. It will not attack immediately if you enter, instead giving you one chance to leave. Speaking to it again however will initiate hostilities.

Xivilai Lotan bears the enchanted Daedric warhammer Shatterwright in battle, and will summon a Frost Astronach to assist in the fight.
